A very fine wine made 100% from the Rufete grape variety, which we ferment in two small stainless steel tanks, part with stems, part without. This way, we are able to extract on one hand the vegetal and rustic component of Rufete, and on the other hand, the more fruity and elegant profile. The Lot ages in used French oak barrels so that the wood does not overshadow the varietal character of the wine.
