Vinificação do vinho Madeira Barbeito Malvasia 2007 Single Cask:Esta é a primeira vez que se engarrafou um Malvasia do ano 2007 na categoria colheita de casco único. Este vinho foi vinificado numa prensa contínua e fortificado em estado de meio doce. Iniciou o seu envelhecimento no armazém D, com temperaturas elevadas, onde rapidamente ganhou concentração. Em 2017 o casco foi transferido para o armazém E que, por ser mais fresco, permitiu uma evolução mais lenta e equilibrada do vinho na sua ligação entre a acidez e açúcar.Em Abril de 2024, foram engarrafadas 925 unidades de 500ml e 60 double magnum, todas numeradas.

A lágrima espessa indica a boa concentração de boca com sabores de compota de fruta amarela e, a acidez presente desempenha um papel importante no equilíbrio e frescura da prova. Final consistente melado e agradável.
