Portobello Road Navy Strength Gin est une expression robuste et intense, avec un taux d'alcool de 57,1 %. Son profil aromatique présente des notes prédominantes de genièvre et d'agrumes, suivies par une subtilité salée provenant de l'ajout de sel marin anglais. Avec neuf botaniques classiques, comme la racine d'angélique, l'écorce de citron, le réglisse et la muscade, il offre une finale épicée et longue, avec des touches de poivre.
Ce gin est idéal pour des cocktails plus complexes, en particulier pour le classique Gin Tonic, où le sel de mer rehausse la saveur.
