Vinification of Mouchao Tonel 3-4 Red Wine: The Alicante Bouschet grapes were harvested into 20 kg crates and vinified immediately. Without destemming, fermentation took place in lagares with foot treading. After fermentation, the wine was racked into barrels No. 3 and No. 4. Aging: The wine aged for 36 months in barrels No. 3 and No. 4, with its development regularly assessed through tasting to confirm its bottling as Tonel No. 3-4.
