Vinification du vin Madeira Barbeito Malvasia 2007 Single Cask : C'est la première fois qu'un Malvasia de l'année 2007 a été mis en bouteille dans la catégorie récolte de fût unique. Ce vin a été vinifié dans un pressoir continu et fortifié en état de demi-doux. Il a commencé son vieillissement dans l'entrepôt D, avec des températures élevées, où il a rapidement gagné en concentration. En 2017, le fût a été transféré dans l'entrepôt E qui, étant plus frais, a permis une évolution plus lente et équilibrée du vin dans sa liaison entre l'acidité et le sucre. En avril 2024, 925 unités de 500 ml et 60 double magnum ont été mises en bouteille, toutes numérotées.

Une larme épaisse indique une bonne concentration en bouche avec des saveurs de compote de fruits jaunes et, l'acidité présente joue un rôle important dans l'équilibre et la fraîcheur de la dégustation. Finale consistante, sirupeuse et agréable.
Délicat au nez, arômes de fruits cristallisés, feuille d'oranger et miel.
