Landcraft Sauvignon Blanc WhiteSauvignon Blanc is a grape variety that fully reflects the soil and climate conditions of its origin. This wine is born in a region of clay-limestone soils, close proximity to the sea, and a temperate climate with strong Atlantic influence, cool and humid nights with constant breezes. The grapes were harvested early, expressing the more vegetal side of this globally known variety. The winemaking goal was to respect the grapes as much as possible throughout the vinification process, minimizing cellar intervention to maximize the expression of the land and particularly the vineyard.
