Herdade Aldeia de Cima Reserva White We are talking about the orographic feature formed by the Mendro mountain range, which separates Alto and Baixo Alentejo. This east-west fault in Vidigueira forms a natural corridor for the influence of Atlantic winds. It was here, gazing at the light blue sky, that we dreamed up our wines. The Reserva White combines the terroir of this land, influenced by the cooler climate and the diversity of skeletal soils, resulting in a wine with balance, a fragrant aroma, a linear structure, great density and minerality. Grape varieties:45% Antão Vaz + 25% Alvarinho + 20% Arinto + 5% Perrum + 5% Roupeiro. Aging: Antão Vaz aged for 6 months in 3000 l French oak vats (2nd year); Alvarinho and Arinto aged for 6 months in 2600 l Nico Velo concrete tanks; Perrum and Roupeiro aged for 6 months in 500 l French oak barrels (2nd year).
