Vinification du Vin 2 (Deux) Quintas Rouge Magnum : les raisins, récoltés manuellement dans des caisses de 150 kilos de capacité, sont écrasés et éraflés pour ensuite fermenter dans des cuves en granit et en inox, où nous prolongeons la macération le temps nécessaire pour obtenir un vin avec le corps et la structure désirés. Après la fermentation malolactique, 20 % du vin est élevé en fûts de chêne français, 30 % en tonneaux et le reste reste en cuves en inox pendant 12 mois.
