Vinification of Brites Aguiar 2019 Red Wine: the grapes were completely de-stemmed and crushed. After cold pre-fermentation skin contact for 48 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures with total maceration lasting more than 60 days but without major extractions. The wine passed into stainless steel vats where malolactic fermentation took place and then passed directly into 500 liter French Oak barrels for first and second use, where it aged for a period of 18 months.

In the mouth it reveals a lively and well-integrated acidity. The tannins are of high quality, with the presence of spices and ripe red fruits. The finish is long, intense and harmonious
Intense and complex. Floral notes, rockrose and lavender, spices, pepper, cloves and aromas of very ripe red fruits. It presents high quality, integrated wood, the result of a long aging in barrels.
