O Monte do Desespero Reserva Tinto 2020 é elaborado a partir das melhores uvas do Monte das Serras, vindimadas à mão e cuidadosamente vinificadas com maceração a frio, fermentação controlada e posterior estágio de 24 meses em carvalho francês, seguido de seis meses de afinamento em garrafa. Resultado deste processo, apresenta cor granada e um aroma complexo e subtil, com notas silvestres, nuances de cacau e ligeira tosta. Na boca revela elegância, taninos delicados e um corpo bem estruturado. Feito de Aragonês, Trincadeira e Alicante Bouschet, harmoniza na perfeição com pratos de caça, carnes vermelhas e queijos de pasta mole.
