O Dou Tua Branco 2023 é um vinho que reflete a frescura e a elegância das vinhas situadas a 550 metros de altitude no planalto de Alijó, onde se encontram solos graníticos de transição. Este vinho é resultado de uma cuidadosa vindima manual e prensagem direta de cacho inteiro, seguida de fermentação alcoólica em cubas de inox, preservando os aromas primários das frutas brancas. Engarrafado no dia 19 de março de 2024, apresenta uma cor citrina e cristalina, com aromas de fruta pura, notas tropicais de maracujá e citrinos. Em boca, destaca-se pela acidez natural e frescura vibrante, complementada por uma redondez que confere versatilidade, tornando-o ideal para harmonizar com pratos de peixe e carnes brancas. Recomenda-se o consumo entre 10 ºC e 12 ºC, em copos de boca larga.
