Vinification of Mouchao Tonel 3-4 Red Wine 2013: The grapes of the Alicante Bouschet variety were harvested into 20 Kg boxes and immediately vinified. Without destemming, fermentation took place in lagares with foot treading. After fermentation, the wine was racked into barrels nº3 and nº4. Aging: Aging occurred for 36 months in barrels nº 3 and nº 4, with its development regularly evaluated by tasting to confirm its bottling as Tonel Nº 3-4.
