Vinification of the Superior Purple Muscat Wine Ermelinda de Freitas: Fermentation in stainless steel lagar vats with controlled temperature until a density of 1080, followed by the addition of 77% grape spirit and prolonged skin maceration until March of the following year. Aged for 6 years in half French oak barrels.
