Vinification of Tapada de Villar Reserva Red Wine 2017: Selected plots. Grapes harvested at night to avoid high temperatures. Destemmed grapes at the entrance to the cellar located in the center of the vineyard. Tanning fermentation in a vat with delestage. Aging in French oak barrels for 8 months.
