Estágio: Processo de maturação de 5 anos em cascos de carvalho, ao contrário do período de 2 anos de um Vintage Clássico. Este período de maturação alargado é a razão por detrás do seu nome, "Late Bottled Vintage". Este envelhecimento mais longo em casco contribui para um vinho mais suave e confere um estilo excecionalmente acessível, pronto a ser apreciado assim que é engarrafado.
