Krohn Colheita 1983Os Vinhos do Porto Colheita são provavelmente os Vinhos do Porto mais apreciados e reconhecidos da Krohn. Os Portos do tipo Colheita são provenientes de um só ano de elevada qualidade, tendo que passar no mínimo sete anos em madeira. Por via de regra só são engarrafados imediatamente antes de serem vendidos, o que pode suceder muito após o sétimo ano. Por esta razão, as nossas Colheitas permanecem em madeira durante um londo período, e adquirem ao longo do tempo uma côr de mogno característica dos nies velhos, bem como um bouquet fino e complexo, notas de nozes e avelãs e uma textura sedosa.Durante o estágio em madeira estão sujeitos ao controle qualitativo do Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e Porto. Por outro lado, depois de engarrafados têm que indicar na rotulagem o ano de produção e o ano de engarrafamento. O risco de formarem depósito no fundo da garrafa é pequeno, já que o mesmo ficou retido, na sua maior parte, na vasilha de madeira onde o vinho estagiou. Depois de aberta a garrafa, não é obrigatório bebê-la na totalidade no mesmo dia – basta rolhá-la bem, podendo ser mantida longamente nessas condições. Numa próxima vez em que for reaberta, oferecerá ao consumidor um aroma e sabor de delicadeza praticamente intacta.
