Vinificação do Porto Kopke Colheita 2014: Vindimadas à mão no momento ideal, as uvas são desengaçadas, esmagadas e transformadas em vinho através de um processo de maceração cuidadosa para extrair a sua cor, taninos e aromas, realçados pela constante agitação durante a fermentação. Esta decorre em cubas (lagares) a temperatura controlada (entre 28-30°C) até atingir o grau de doçura adequado (Baume). Neste ponto, a aguardente de uva é adicionada para criar o vinho fortificado final. Um vinho de grande qualidade, feito de uma única colheita. Um vinho Colheita estagia em barricas de carvalho por períodos de tempo que podem variar, mas nunca inferiores a 7 anos. É então engarrafado e vendido de acordo com as exigências do mercado.
