O lote integra vinhos com uma média de 10 anos de idade.Vinificação do Porto Borges Soalheira 10 Anos Branco:após receção das uvas, que deverão chegar à adega em perfeitas condições, efetua-se o seu esmagamento e desengace. o mosto proveniente das uvas prensadas é arrefecido para 8-12 °C e decantado. após decantação inicia-se a fermentação com controlo de temperatura (12-14 °C). após a fermentação procede-se à aguardentação adicionando aguardente vínica a 77% v/v. o envelhecimento decorre em tonéis de pequena capacidade e cascos de madeira (pipas e meias pipas).
