Posteriormente a fermentação alcoólica foi interrompida pela adição de aguardente vínica.Envelheceu Em pipos de carvalho nacional de 550 Litros, durante 18 anos. Foi engarrafado sem qualquer filtração estando sujeito a criar um ligeiro depósito na garrafa.
