Contradiction est un mono-varietal (100% Alvarinho). C'est un vin fermenté et élevé en fûts très anciens, pendant 7 mois, après quoi il subit un vieillissement d'un an en bouteille. Ce vin vise à rendre hommage aux fondateurs de l'entreprise PROVAM. En contradiction avec les moments vécus, ils se sont lancés dans l'aventure qui dure depuis 25 ans.
