Vinification of Casa Burmester Reserva Red Wine 2021: manual harvest. Vinification with total stemming and crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures up to 26C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months in new 225 liter French oak and American oak barrels.
