Quasi Grande Reserva TintoA zona norte da Beira Interior destaca-se pelas vinhas de altitude (acima dos 700m), onde a grande amplitude térmica permite maturações lentas, preservando a acidez e intensificando aromas. Os vinhos resultam equilibrados, intensos e fáceis de beber. Em parceria com Rui Roboredo Madeira, produzem-se vinhos de elevada qualidade. O Quasi Grande Reserva Tinto procura expressar a complexidade de uma vinha centenária de castas misturadas, cultivada em sequeiro e em altitude.Castas: Vinha centenária (1905/9), em sequeiro, de castas misturadas: Borrão (Alicante Bouschet), Marufo (Mourisco), Rufete, Tinta Roriz e Tinta AmarelaVinificação: Colheita manual. Uvas escolhidas em tapete de separação, sendo depois desengaçadas e vinificadas em cubas de cimento (70%) e o resto em tanques de aço inoxidável, ambos com temperatura controlada. Praticou-se “delestage” em todas as cubas. Após a malolática, passou para barricas de carvalho francês onde estagiou até ao engarrafamento.Estágio: 16 meses em barricas carvalho francês (225L), 50% novas (tosta média)

Cor rubi brilhante profunda, com auréola muito curta.
Na boca é encorpado, mas com um tanino suave. É um vinho com enorme concentração, com muitos anos pela frente. O final é saboroso, longo, marcado sobretudo pela suavidade do tanino e a riqueza da fruta.
Aroma pronunciado de fruta preta madura combinada com fruta vermelha desidratada, mina de lápis, geleia, tudo entrelaçado pelas especiarias finas e uma tosta abaunilhada dada pela madeira.
