Winemaking of the Herdade do Sobroso Reserva Red Wine: The grapes were handpicked and transported to our cellar, where the transformation process began with fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and post-fermentation maceration for 21 days. Aging: Aged for 12 months in 500-liter barrels of French Allier oak.
