Established on the island of Madeira in 1870, Justino's Madeira Wines, S.A. stands out as one of the oldest wine producers in the region. Keeping alive the tradition of winemaking, aging in wooden barrels, and the transmission of knowledge from generation to generation, the Justinos Colheita Malvasia 1997 was made from the prestigious Malvasia grape variety, harvested and carefully selected from various producers in the north of the island of Madeira. The winemaking process was conducted with meticulous attention, resulting in an excellent example of the harmony between grape variety and terroir. The wine is perfect to be enjoyed with dark chocolate, petit fours, pralinés, desserts, and strongly flavored cheeses.
