Vinificazione del Vino Herdade das Servas Reserva Tinto 2017: Le uve sono selezionate al tavolo di scelta, diraspate, seguite da macerazione pre-fermentativa. La fermentazione avviene in lagar e tino in acciaio inox con controllo della temperatura. Affinamento: Completata la fermentazione malolattica, il vino ha affinato per 12 mesi in barriques di 1° e 2° anno di rovere francese e americano. Dopo l'imbottigliamento, ha riposato in bottiglia per 10 mesi nella nostra cantina. Per preservare tutte le sue qualità, questo vino non è stato stabilizzato, potendo naturalmente creare deposito.
