Description
The Brut Réserve has a deep golden tone. The delicate, lively and long-lasting bubbles are the result of a long and slow maturation process in chalk cellars. Thanks to 40% reserve wines, the blend offers a complex, elegant and voluptuous nose with a touch of freshly baked brioche, rich toasted notes and sun-covered fruits - mango, apricot and mirabelle plum - accented by dried fruit, pistachio and almond. The texture resembles a crunchy layer of nougatine on a velvety dough, filled with plums red plums and ripe cherries. The selection of reserve wines gives the wine its exuberance. The finish reveals notes of praline and vanilla.
