Due to its enormous Historical Heritage and intense and rational requalification, today it represents the best of what they have. Winemaking Quinta das Carvalhas Vinhas Velhas 2017: The best and oldest strains from Quinta das Carvalhas are carefully selected and fermented in wine presses. This is followed by an 18-month aging period in French oak barrels.
Firm and very round tannins, with flavors highlighted by a balanced acidity that makes the tasting long and persistent.
