No paladar, esses aromas de frutos silvestres exuberantes são envolvidos por uma aura de ervas silvestres, anis-estrelado, folha de framboesa, nibs de cacau e um delicioso toque de casca de tangerina. A textura sedosa do vinho encobre os taninos firmes e bem integrados que emergem no final para proporcionar uma firmeza e aderência muito atrativas.
No nariz uma explosão de aromas poderosos e intensos de frutos silvestres, ricos e suculentos com notas de groselha, amora e morangos silvestres. Notas de damasco surgem à medida que o vinho se abre no copo, seguidas por notas mais quentes de cedro, especiarias, chocolate negro e aquele caráter opulento de fruta que define o estilo da Fonseca.
