Winemaking Caminhos Cruzados Encruzado Reserva White: Manual harvest in 20 Kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting table. After destemming and crushing, the must is sent to a pneumatic press where the juice is separated from the skins, then subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, aged about 12 months in French oak barrels, some new and some used.

On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh with lively acidity and a long, persistent finish. It is a very gastronomic wine with great aging potential.
It presents a mineral and complex aroma where notes of dried fruits and citrus stand out with slight hints of well-integrated oak.
