Komos is a completely unique expression of the best Tequila can be, and Komos Anejo Cristalino Tequila is the brand's first offering. Komos is made using an exclusive five-step process:1. It originates from Jalisco Agave, which is roasted in stone ovens located beside the Tequila volcano in Mexico.2. Indigenous yeasts are used to ferment its juice, which is then distilled twice in copper stills to create the Blanco.3. From there, the Blanco matures for 12 months in French oak white wine barrels.4. Next, the Añejo is dripped through a column of charcoal to create the Cristalino, and this liquid is then placed in Greek amphorae used to aerate the tequila.5. Finally, the finished product is decanted into handcrafted glazed porcelain bottles from Mexico that echo Greek ceramic traditions in a modern expression.
