Vinification of Ruinart Rosé Brut Champagne: Harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with regulated temperatures. For red wine, short maceration and light extraction. Complete malolactic fermentation.Composition: Blend made with a base of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, mostly classified as Premiers Crus with 20/25% coming from reserves from the previous 2 years. 45% Chardonnay, Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards, 55% of Pinot Noir comes from Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne Vineyards, of which 18 to 19% was made red wine.
Pomegranate pink with very slight orange reflections
In the mouth the immediate flavor is distinct and complete, packed with a smooth effervescence. The aromas of freshly picked berries are fully exposed. This balance brings together a pleasant freshness and a voluptuous body, which is expressed in an elegant touch of mint and pink grapefruit.
The nose is subtle and fresh, first offering an original palette of tropical fruits (guava and lychee) and small berries (raspberries, cherries and wild strawberries). These are followed by notes of rose and pomegranate that complete this complex and intense flavor profile, dominated by primary aromas, without sophistication.
