O vinho Quinta do Poço Lobo Cabernet Sauvignon tinto resultou de uvas criadas no melhor "terroir" da Quinta do Poço do Lobo para a casa Cabernet Sauvignon, o talão D. Júlia.Foram selecionadas as uvas que se distinguiam pelo excepcionalestado saniotário e de maturação.Na adega, após o desengace das uvas, decorreua maceração pré-fermentativa, a fermentação alcoólica a temperatura controlada e a fermentação pós-, por um período total de mais de 15 dias. Uma vez terminada a fermentação maloláctica, estagiou durante 12 meses em meias pipas de carvalho francês Allier.Foi engarrafado sem ser sujeito a tratamentos clarificantes ou estabilizantes, pelo que pode criar depósito resultante da precipitação de compostos naturais do vinho.
