Na prova, o vinho enche o paladar com uma doçura volumosa e uma untuosidade glicérica realçando as várias camadas de sabores que já se adivinhavam no nariz. Termina muito longo e persistente.
O aroma é muito complexo com notas de alperce, passas e mel que combinam com nuances originais de citrinos maduros e ligeiros aromas tostados.
