Diplomático Ambassador rum is an exquisite rum made from the distillery's finest rum reserves. After a minimum of twelve years of aging in white oak barrels, until ideal maturity is reached, the rum is aged for a further two years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, contributing to Ambassador's complex sensory profile. This incomparable rum offers aromas reminiscent of port wine, dried fruit, and cigar boxes. On the palate, it is complex, with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak leading to a long, pleasant finish.
