This great harvest began with a complicated spring and a difficult summer, full of doubts but a fierce determination not to give up and to listen to the vineyard, and attentive to your needs. Then, from the 25th of August, day after day, the good weather set in and confidence returned. Finally, October arrived, golden, warm, magnificent. This made it possible to postpone the harvest of the old Merlot vines for a few days and wait for the Cabernet Franc to reach full maturity. The nose is very pure, elegant. The attack is precise and the structure gradually becomes more powerful, achieving a very refined balance between the magnificent quality of the fruit and the elegance of the palate. Tannins, fleshy, tension and freshness. The presence of 50% Cabernet-Franc in the blend highlights the elegance of the tannic structure and gives the wine a very refined finish.
