Vinificação do Vinho Quinta do Cardo Tinto: As uvas foram vindimadas à mão para caixas de 12 kg e submetidas a uma rigorosa selecção. Após o desengace total, procedeu-se à maceração pré-fermentativa dos bagos inteiros durante 4 dias. A fermentação alcoólica deu-se em cubas de inox à temperatura controlada de 24-26°C. A fermentação malolática ocorreu em cubas de inox e antes da primavera os vinhos foram transferidos para barricas de carvalho francês (2º e 3º ano) onde estagiaram durante 9 meses.
