Porto Quinta da Vacaria LBV 2017Vinificação: Este LBV provém de vinhas de baixa produção. As uvas foram transportadas em caixas de plástico alimentar de 20Kg e sujeitas a uma rigorosa triagem à entrada da adega. Após um suave esmagamento sem desengace, foram enviadas para um lagar tradicional onde foram pisadas por homens em intervalos regulares. Seguiu-se em breve período de fermentação, em que a pisa tradicional, extraiu das massas vínicas, cor, tanino e sabor. Após rigoroso controlo da densidade (grau Baumé) foi adicionada aguardente vínica, parando assim a fermentação, à saída do lagar.Maturação – O seu envelhecimento foi feito durante 4 a 6 anos em grandes toneis de carvalho, foi engarrafado, sem qualquer colagem ou filtração, estando sujeito durante o seu envelhecimento, a criar um ligeiro depósito.
