O Pio Cesare Piodilei Chardonnay Langhe Branco 2023 é um branco de alta expressão do Piemonte, feito com 100% Chardonnay proveniente de vinhedos nobres em Treiso, Serralunga d’Alba e Monforte d’Alba. Fermentado e envelhecido cerca de oito a dez meses em barricas de carvalho francês (um terço novas), seguido de mais meses de estágio em garrafa, resulta num vinho complexo e estruturado. Apresenta cor amarelo-palha com reflexos dourados; no nariz, destaca-se pela intensidade aromática de frutas amarelas maduras, notas de manteiga, baunilha, amêndoa torrada e nuances minerais. Em boca, revela textura cremosa e envolvente, com frescura equilibrando a riqueza e um final persistente com toque de amêndoa. Com um teor alcoólico em torno de 14% e contendo sulfitos, é um branco gastronómico, ideal para peixes refinados ou pratos untuosos, e tem potencial de guarda apreciável.
