O Pio Cesare L'Altro Chardonnay Branco 2025 é um branco italiano do Piemonte, elaborado com cerca de 95% Chardonnay e 5% Sauvignon Blanc proveniente de vinhedos em Treiso, Serralunga d’Alba e Trezzo Tinella. Após fermentação em tanques de aço, o Chardonnay passa por breve estágio em barricas, enquanto o Sauvignon permanece em inox, com maturação total de cerca de 5 meses sobre as borras. De cor amarelo palha intensa com reflexos esverdeados, destaca notas de frutas de polpa branca e amarela, baunilha e especiarias subtis. Na boca, é harmónico, de corpo firme, com mineralidade delicada e final persistente, ideal para acompanhar peixes, carnes brancas e queijos frescos. Teor alcoólico em torno de 14% e contém sulfitos; recomenda-se servir entre 10 °C e 12 °C.
