The Hibernus Grande Cuvée Vintage Brut Nature Sparkling Wine was made according to the classic method, with bottle refermentation, just like the great sparkling wines worldwide. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, resulting in a very distinctive product. Its minimum aging on lees was 25 months. It is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines.
