Description
An intense and pleasant concentration of light yellow and bright gold tones complemented by pistachio green tones. Precise and well-marked aroma, but not aggressive, at the same time concentrated, smooth and generous in its expression with notable alcohol content, it is fruity and floral, sophisticated and fragrant, but complex thanks to the maturity of the grape and its distinct and refined mineral touch . On the nose, notes of baked apple, peach, mirabelle plum, ginger, a soft and harmonious aroma of spring, ferns, almond blossom, pistachio, lemon balm and lemongrass. In the mouth it has all the charm of a good dry Riesling with its full, broad and juicy structure and high alcohol content. It has a remarkable texture thanks to the wonderful acidity of this Riesling variety from the noblest Alsace vineyards. The full and harmonious flavor persists for a long time in the mouth.
