O Pio Cesare Barbera D'Alba Tinto 2024 é um vinho vibrante da casta 100% Barbera, proveniente de vinhedos próprios em Serralunga d’Alba, Sinio, Diano d’Alba, Treiso e Monforte d’Alba. Com teor alcoólico de cerca de 14,5% e contendo sulfitos, este Barbera passa por cerca de 18 meses de envelhecimento — 30% em barricas médias e 70% em tóneis grandes de carvalho francês. De coloração rubi intensa, no nariz exibe frutas vermelhas maduras, especiarias doces e subtis notas terrosas e de tabaco tostado. Em boca, apresenta corpo robusto e suculento, com taninos macios, acidez equilibrada e final persistente — um Barbera elegante, gastronómico e acessível, perfeito com massas, carnes grelhadas ou salames. A melhor temperatura de serviço situa-se entre 16 °C e 18 °C.
