Vinification of Madeira wine Barbeito Single Harvest 2010: This Single Harvest results from the blend of musts obtained from grapes sourced from unique vineyards, located on the South and North coasts of Madeira. Half of the grapes were harvested one week before their full ripeness, with the other half being harvested the following week. A small continuous press was used, achieving, with these two practices, a higher acidity in the musts. The aging process in Canteiro began in March 2010, in old French oak casks. In November 2021, 3,001 units were bottled, all individually numbered.
