O Terras de Lava Branco 2020, produzido pela Cooperativa Vitivinícola da Ilha do Pico, é um vinho branco da denominação IG Açores que combina 70% de castas autóctones dos Açores com 30% de castas europeias brancas. Apresenta uma cor amarelo esverdeado e no aroma destacam-se notas de frutos tropicais e cítricos, envoltas num elegante caráter vulcânico. Na boca, revela volume, frescura e mineralidade, terminando com um final salgado, envolvente e persistente. Fermentado a 15ºC e estagiado sobre borras finas por 4 meses, é ideal para acompanhar lapas grelhadas, cracas e pratos de peixe.
