Sharish Original uses a careful distillation of freshly harvested Esmolfe Bravo apple as its base. Each botanical is distilled individually, with precise adjustments in alcohol content, followed by careful pairing of all distillates. In a subsequent step, a post-distillation infusion is carried out, incorporating notes of cinnamon and vanilla to further enrich the sensorial profile of this exceptional creation.
