O Donnhoff Riesling Qualitatswein Trocken Tonschiefer Branco é um Riesling seco de alta elegância da região da Nahe (Alemanha), vindo dos solos de ardósia-clay (tons chiefer) da encosta de Oberhäuser Leistenberg. Apresenta uma cor amarela brilhante com reflexos esverdeados e aromas finos de frutas de caroço, limão e ervas frescas, realçados por uma mineralidade salina e tensão vibrante. No paladar é seco e cristalino, com acidez cortante e um final persistente e salino que reflete o caráter do terroir de ardósia. Avaliado com 93 pontos por James Suckling, é descrito como exuberante, generoso e com excelente balanço entre fruta e estrutura.
