Vinha Grande Rosé is characterized by the alliance between a good aromatic intensity and a remarkable acidity that gives it extraordinary elegance. It reveals at its best all the potential of the Douro region in the production of high-quality Rosé wines. The grapes are selected in the vineyard and transported, in boxes, directly to the press where a very gentle extraction is made, selecting only the highest quality must. After a low-temperature decantation and obtaining the necessary clarity, a long alcoholic fermentation follows, induced by selected yeasts with temperature controlled between 12ºC and 14ºC. After a short aging, the wine was stabilized and bottled early, thus preserving all the varietal and fermentative aromas.
