O Dalva Vínica Velhíssima é uma aguardente vínica portuguesa envelhecida em pipas de carvalho de 550 litros durante mais de 30 anos nas caves de Vila Nova de Gaia. Possui uma cor amarelada escurada com toques esverdeados e um aroma com sabor a especiarias, frutos secos e café (para o qual é um acompanhante ideal). Na boca, é macia, complexa e muito persistente.
