D.Graça Grande Reserva Douro Vinhas AntigasVinificação: A tecnologia é minimalista, recorrendo a lagares de granito com pisa mecânica. Após a fermentação, com cerca de uma semana de curtimenta, o vinho foi para cubas de aço inox, onde sedimentou os sólidos em suspensão. Após a maloláctica, foi transferido para barricas de carvalho, onde estagiou cerca de seis meses. O engarrafamento foi feito após ligeira colagem e filtração. Foi estabilizado pelo frio natural de dois invernos podendo, por isso, formar um ténue precipitado com o tempo, que em nada prejudica a qualidade do vinho.
