Winemaking of Conde D Ervideira Vinho da Água Red Wine: It was made from a blend of carefully selected grape varieties to create a unique, exclusive, and passionate wine. Aging: It gained complexity and persistence by being aged in French Oak barrels. After aging in the barrels, it was bottled and submerged in the calm waters of Alqueva, where it matured at a depth of 30m over 8 months.
